So here's the post that everyone's been waiting for.
So everyone of you have been asking me to blog the whole incident that happened between me and my demanding customer.
Your opinions and views of me might change after reading this post but if I don't stand up for myself, no one will.
I need to emphasis this again and again that.
"Amusse is not responsible for lost mails, therefore we strongly encouraged to opt for registered postage, where you get a tracking number and you can stalk your parcel until it arrives safely to your arms."
It was a terrible morning for me because I got home at 5am in the morning and I was still asleep when I receive the text message. Not that I'm cranky and replied "There's nothing I can do", this is the fact. Like duh?! How do you expect me to track your parcel when is normal postage? If everyone could track their parcel when they opt for normal postage, why should we pay more for registered?!
Pay more = More assurance.
I felt angry when I read her text "Is this is scam!!!"
Yes I felt that she was being rude to accused me as a scam just because she didn't receive her items.
Halo! "Other seller will offer to check for me with singpost even if I opt for normal post!"
Then what's the point of having an option of registered and normal postage if you could track normal postage?! Of course everyone would wanna pay lesser for postage and at the same time, be assured that their parcel would reach them. I would do that as well if I could track normal parcels so I could save up on my postage fees!
"Obviously u took my money and now still so fucking rude! I will report to the police!"
WHAT THE FUCK BRO ARE YOU SERIOUS?
I didn't reply that of course, that was what came up to my mind when I read that.
Obviously, if I wanna take your money. It wouldn't be just $26.90.
I might consider if is $26,900.
I didn't really think that I was being rude from the way I replied, okay I'm sorry maybe the "F"word may seems rude to certain people but this is my way of talking and she was being really ridiculous so I can't control my words lol.
I will not apologise, I don't think I'm wrong.

lol I wonder if she meant by I scolded her the word "fucking" or she meant by I scolded her first.
And I didn't even scolded her "fucking you", I merely said
"Don't fucking accuse that this is a scam when you didn't receive your item"
Is not that I'm pushing my responsibilities away, but there is really
NOTHING I CAN DO. I CAN'T TRACK ANYTHING NORMAL POSTAGE AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYONE TRACKING NORMAL ARTICLES.
I don't think singpost provide such "custer service" to track normal articles as well.
Yes, I called her twice and she decline my calls.
What? I thought of providing a better "custer service" by talking to her nicely over the phone.
Honestly, until now I don't understand why she thinks I'm scolding her when I'm just talking/explaining things.
"I don't wish to talk to scammers like u! Full of shit!"
Yes I wanted to go down to the police station with her but she didn't reply my text message.
Until the next day,
" I apologize for the outburst yesterday. I finally received today le"
Apologize accepted.
I was quite pissed for being wrongly accused but I'm glad that she receive her parcel as well :)
Of course, you can always opt for normal postage! Since is much more cheaper that registered postage,
But remember, We are not responsible for lost mails.
All parcels are printed with customer's name, purchased items, mailing address and also a return address at the back.
